2. Data and purpose
For an access request we may process your email, name, company, website and stated use case to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, prepare an offer and provide follow-up. Hosting security logs may separately contain technical request data.
3. Storage and recipients
Requests are currently retained for manual review, follow-up and acquisition-process evidence. Automated periodic deletion is not implemented yet. You may ask the controller for deletion; contractual and legal duties will be considered. Hosting, email and IT providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
4. reCAPTCHA and cookies
The access-request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. The public presentation does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The application uses technically necessary security and sign-in mechanisms.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@indexace.cz.
